How can we help?

Guides and answers for importing, organising and exporting your contacts.

Importing

Import a CSV or vCard file

Open your dashboard and choose Upload file in the Import section. We read Google, Outlook and Apple export formats automatically — names, photos, phone numbers, emails, full postal addresses, birthdays and websites are all picked up. Files are imported in batches, so large files of 1,000+ contacts are fine.

Import from Google Contacts

Choose Connect on the Google card in the Import section and sign in with the Google account that holds your contacts. Your Google contacts are matched against your existing list so nothing is duplicated.

Which CSV columns are recognised?

First, middle and last name (or a single full name), any number of email and phone columns, company, job title, address/street/city/postcode/country columns, photo or avatar links, birthday and website columns, and notes. Columns named like 'Phone 1', 'E-mail 2' and similar are all understood.

Organising

Merge duplicate contacts

When we spot the same person saved more than once, a duplicates panel appears at the top of your dashboard. Merging keeps the most complete record and fills in any gaps from the copies before removing them.

Groups, favourites and smart lists

Tick contacts to add them to a group in one click, star favourites to pin them to the top, and use smart lists to instantly find contacts with no phone number, no photo, or a birthday this month.

Choose your list layout

Above your contact list you can switch between five layouts: Cards, Compact, Photo grid, Table and Detailed. Your choice is remembered on your account.

Your contacts

Add multiple numbers, addresses and photos

Open a contact and tap Edit. Every section — phone numbers, emails, addresses, social profiles, web links and photos — lets you add as many entries as you like, each with its own label such as Home, Work or Mobile.

Share a contact with a QR code

Open a contact's profile and choose Share. A QR code appears that any phone camera can scan to save that contact straight to the phone's address book — no app needed on the other side.

Export your address book

From the dashboard choose Export CSV or Export vCard to download everything, or tick a selection first to export just those contacts. Exports include every phone, email, address, social link, photo and birthday.

Change your name, photo or password

Open Account from the dashboard header. You can update your display name and photo, change your password, download all your contacts, and see your plan status.

Delete your account

Account → Close account permanently removes your profile, every contact and every connected source. Download your contacts first if you need a copy — this cannot be undone.
