Will I lose anything when I import?
No. Imports only add; nothing in your existing list is overwritten. If a file turns out to be wrong you can undo that whole import from your import history.
How many contacts can I store?
There is no cap. Members regularly store several thousand, and large files are imported in batches so they do not time out.
Can I keep using my phone's contacts app?
Yes. Export a vCard file at any time and load it into your phone, or save individual people by scanning their QR code.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you can export everything you own as CSV or vCard before or after cancelling.
Is the lifetime option really one payment?
Yes — one payment of £199 and no renewal. It covers the same features as the monthly plan, including everything added later.
Who can see my contacts?
Only you. Contacts are locked to your account, and a contact is only ever readable by anyone else if you switch on a share link for that one person.
